Privacy & Photo Removal

This memory gallery celebrates 50 years of Camp Hidden Hollow. It's a public page built by our camp family — so a few simple, caring ground rules keep it kind and safe for everyone, especially the children in our photos.

What people share

Visitors can post photos, written stories, and voice memories. An optional name and a private email or phone may be included. Contact details are never shown publicly— they're only used by camp staff if we need to reach the person who posted.

Only share what you have permission to share

When you post, you confirm you have permission to share those photos and stories, and that the people in them are comfortable appearing on a public page. Please don't share photos that identify other people's children without their okay.

Every post is reviewed

Submissions are screened before — or shortly after — they appear, and anything that isn't wholesome and family-friendly is held for a camp volunteer to review. We keep no photo we're asked to remove.

How to remove a photo or story

If you'd like something taken down, you have two easy options:

Open the memory and tap the small flag / report button. That immediately hides it from the public gallery and sends it to our volunteers to remove.
Or email us at hello@camphiddenhollow.com — tell us which memory, and we'll take care of it quickly. A parent or guardian can always ask us to remove a photo of their child, no questions asked.

Children's privacy

This is a children's camp, and we treat photos of kids with extra care. We don't use the gallery to collect personal information from children, and we honor every removal request promptly.
